These terms govern use of the Eloah Airlines platform. Service-specific quotation, fare, carrier and cargo terms may also apply and will take priority where stated.
1. Requests and quotations
A submitted request is an invitation for operational review, not a confirmed booking. Quotations remain subject to validity dates, aircraft or seat availability, permits, crew duty, airport slots, route conditions and final confirmation.
2. Booking and traveller information
You must provide complete, accurate names and details matching travel documents. Confirmation occurs only when the platform or operations team expressly confirms the service.
3. Payment
Use only the currency, network, wallet and reference shown on the invoice. A transaction is not considered paid until verified. Never send private keys or seed phrases.
4. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Changes are subject to availability and may affect price. Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the accepted quotation, fare conditions, supplier commitments and work already performed.
5. Cargo declarations
Shippers must accurately declare contents, value, weight, dimensions, dangerous-goods status and documentation. Prohibited, restricted or misdeclared cargo may be refused, held or reported.
6. Operational responsibility
Travel and cargo may be performed by appropriately authorised third-party operators and suppliers. Liability is subject to applicable law, conventions and the operating carrier’s conditions.
